Rachel rides the storm and leads the qualifiers
It was 24 year old Ganton player, Rachel Bell who managed to come out of today's terrible storms unscathed. Torrential rain threatened to close the course, but the free draining soil of Prince's Golf course, allowed officials to continue without delay. In the worst playing conditions imagineable, Rachel managed a fantastic level par round to lead the qualifiers into tomorrow's 36 hole final stage.Ireland won the team event.
