Scotland Continue to Shine Through
Scotland took command in the morning foursomes after beating England 3 matches to nothing. The afternoon singles were very tight with the Scottish team winning four matches by one hole and Carly Booth and Jodi Ewart halving their match. The only win for England came from Rachel Jennings who beat Krystle Caithness 2&1.Final Result: Scotland 7 1/2 - England 1 1/2
Wales and Ireland were even stevens after the morning foursomes, with both teams taking one and a half points each. But the Irish team put the pressure on Wales in the afternoon singles winning 4 1/2 matches to 1 1/2 matches, to seal victory.
Final Result: Wales 3 - Ireland 6
Day 3 will see England play Wales whilst Ireland play Scotland.
