Scotland lead after morning foursomes

The first match was Ireland versus England with England winning two matches out of three.  Rachel Jennings & Eleanor Givens beat Sarah Cunningham and Naomih McMahon 7&6 which got England off to a flying start.  Jodi Ewart and Florentyna Parker managed to secure a 6&4 victory against Victoria Bradshaw and Stephanie Meadow, before Ireland managed to claim a point back when Sarah Faller & Linda Toomey won their match 2up. 

The match finished Ireland 1 - England 2 after the morning foursomes.

In the second match Scotland took all three points with Carly Booth and Sally Watson bringing home the first point when they won their match against Becky Harries and Natasha Gobey 4&3.   Krystle Caithness and Michelle Thomson then went on to win their match 2up before Roseanne Niven and Kelsey MacDonald won the last match 2&1

The match finished Wales 0 - Scotland 3
