Mozo leading qualifier at British Girls'
Not content with lifting the Ladies' British Open Amateur title earlier in the year at Royal County Down, Spain's Belen Mozo, shot a fantastic 5 under par to take the lead in the British Girls' Championship at Portstewart, Ireland.The Irish links appear to suit the talented young Spanish players and she made an impressive start to her quest for both the Girls & Amateur British titles.
Krystle Caithness from Scotland was the final player to make it through to the match play stage after a nail biting 4 hole sudden death play-off win over Sarah Cunningham (Ennis).
